To add a codriver You need to be a company Driver, so You need to be added by Fleet Manager (or by Yourself if You hold this role) to the company. This can be done in the "Drivers" tab ("Invitations" subtab). If You need to create the company first or You still have questions, please follow detailed instructions in wiki (http/wiki). Or contact us in any applicable way (http/feedback_form), (http/footer). Your FleetBeat.
There are two main ways:
1.a) If You are a company Driver, You may open "Docs" and look through all required documents statuses. If they are valid, You will pass DOT-inspection from this side.
1.b) If You are a company Driver or You own your own company & You did not provide your documents validation from the Fleet Manager side, you may look through all required documents using mobile application in "Docs" (or using desktop application in "Driver's details" screen ("Docs" subtab)).
2) Look through your daily logs on "HOS" subtab for last 8 days (including current day) to ensure, that You are compliant from DVIR & HOS side.
3)And last one, make sure, You are in corresponding status (Drive or Personal Conveyance).
